5-4-3-2-1...
It was so lovely to celebrate the 17th Anniversary last week, thank you for all the fab comments and to Wipso and Twiglet who sent these beautiful ATCs!
I've been working through the fabrics in my stash, making whatever I can out of the amount there.
I'm not leaving any little scraps unused!
And building up some stock ready while I can!
This is the next selection for a new crochet blanket - again I'm putting together colours I like from my stash!
And we've been doing some gardening and getting seeds in the raised beds:
My herb bed has gone mad! The potatoes in the pots are growing well and the runner and climbing french beans have been sown.
And we've potted up some bedding plants and sorted out the garden. It's been all go!
Neet's funeral was as lovely as these occasions can be, the eulogy was wonderful and we learnt a lot about her - she really did live life to the max, someone to admire and live up to. It still seems strange not seeing her name on the list every Wednesday but she definitely will not be forgotten.
Hugs to you all, hope you have a great week xxxxxxxx

Thank you for the card and atc for the anniversary!
I did get to watch Neet's funeral later, as I was at work. Your garden is looking wonderful, I love all the pots. Good luck with all the sewing jobs before your cataract op. happy WOYWW Helen #1
Those fabrics work so well Jan and you will have a good stash ready before your op in sure. Isn't your garden looking fab! It's amazing how quickly everything has grown considering it's been so chilly recently. Thanks for our little ATC. I will see Annie now she's back and pass it on to her A lovely momento of dear Neet x x Jo 🌈
Oh my all these photos of the cards from Wipso and Twiglet are really giving me itchy fingers to try one myself on the machine.... the poppy is gorgeous. As always all your sewing amazes me such a delight of colours and combinations and really useful items to boot. And you had time for gardening too wow! Expecting to see loads more in the next 3 weeks before your op. How long is recovery time? Hugs Bj#6
Happy WOYWW - Plumber, tree surgeon and painter/handyman all today so short and sweet!
WOW to your garden. Amazing. And so sad you will be out of commission for... how long? IDK if I would pick one eye/recovery/other eye or like you both at once! It would be so hard to do nothing till I could see again. Thanks for the ATC - still hoping to get one out to you. Yours was one of the few emails I was able to track down with an address NOT in the disappearing mystery mailbox :D

Your garden's looking lovely and it looks like you're as busy as usual. Thanks for the ATC yours in on it's way, the baby journal has got in the way of me doing much else but I've found something that I thought you might like. Good look with the eye op, I'm sure you'll get plenty more done before that. Have a happy woyww, hugs Angela x9x
11th June, that’s impressively quick! Please when you feel up to it let me know if you want company other than your gorgeous G and R of course. Can’t figure out why your stash of yarn always goes so well together, mine is literally odd Bala of random! We’re away in Crete this week and Wi-Fi is it seems, weather dependent and today is windy so it’s not good enough to make my own post. The fold away chicken bag I got from you is in constant use this week particularly- you know how I live a shop full of crappy souvenirs!! Stay away from colds and ergh, don’t want anything affecting your date! Xx
Thanks for the card and atc and best of luck for the op, must admit I can understand both at once as then they are done, albeit a longer recovery! Garden is looking great and your oregano looks really good, snap, just sowed my beans too.

Thank you for the card and the ATC!! I was feeling a bit sad to only have 1 ATC (mine) to show for this year's anniversary. You are so prolific - I can't believe how much you've got done in prep for recuperating from that op. Trust all goes well but both at once sounds like a challenge. Still waiting for the weather to improve - supposed to be 18 today but we've had a bit of everything again today, just can't seem to get out in our garden. The bit nr the house is looking OK but everything else is getting rather overgrown!
Have a great week, love n hugs Cindyxx #10
Those ATCs are lovely!
As usual I am very impressed with all your stitching - but this week I am also impressed by your garden!
Good luck with your cataracts...
Happy WOYWW! Susan #8
Thin you for the card and ATC for the anniversary. Your stock is looking great and 🤞🏻you’ll be able to carry on soon after your op. Your garden is looking beautiful.
Have a good week

Oh, wow, you've been busy sewing! And although your garden is a haven, I know it takes a lot of work to get it that way. Happy WOYWW and blessings!
Your garden looks amazing Jan. Glad you have a date for your op. It was the not being allowed to lift anything heavy which threw me. Hubby used to have to put the washing liquid in the machine for me. Hope all goes well for you. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
Dear Jan! The two ATC's are pretty. I wish you all the best for the cataract OP! Fingers crossed. Wow! You're as busy as can be.
Love your garden photos. This weekend summer arrived in Austria.
