AND WHEN WE FIND OURSELVES IN THE PLACE JUST RIGHT, ‘TWILL BE IN THE VALLEY OF LOVE AND DELIGHT

I hope you had a marvellous Christmas! Ours was quiet but no less wonderful - family, friends, fun, games and some really lovely food made for a great few days.

Not much crafting was done apart from a bit of crochet but I did receive this amazing tiny wooden jigsaw from my mate Kim.

The pieces were teeny and there were some animal character shapes involved.

Isn’t it beautiful? It’s only about 6” across, I think I’m going to glue it together and put it in a box frame - it’ll go on the JanCave walls!

But most of my time was spent in the best way, with my wonderful menfolk:

The best present of all xxxx

This time next week will be the start of a whole fresh New Year, I’m looking forward to it very much.  Happy New Year everyone, wishing you health, happiness and lots of crafting for 2024 xx

I love that jigsaw, how unusual. It would look great framed and on your wall. I always used to like a walk on the beach when Mum and Dad were still with us and living on the coast. nothing better than a bracing walk. Happy Christmas and here's to a wonderful 2024. Helen #8

Happy new year to you all. That’s a wonderful photo of the four of you. That jigsaw is beautiful, too, and when it’s framed, will make an intriguing picture. Who won the cribbage tournament?
Take care and happy WOYWW

That puzzle is just so amazing! Great idea to display it. That beach looks empty behind you, was it cold and windy? We have rain today 🙄. Happy New Year and happy WOYWW. Angela #1

What a lovely jigsaw - definitely worth preserving! It's amazing how one of your sons looks just like you and the other more like their dad! A really nice family photo that is! Thanks so much for your visit, Jan! I wish you and your family all the best in 2024! xx zsuzsa #12

What a great photo, you all look as though you're having a wonderful walk on a cold winter's day! Maybe long time before I get out for one, but I have lots of determination.
