 GET YOUR MOTOR RUNNIN'

It's a very short and sweet one today as I've not been feeling too good for the past couple of days so forgive me if I'm late commenting too xx

It had been such a good week up until Monday as well! I'd made some trios with the new fabric:

I like this mosaic a lot and chose different colours as the contrast.  I might have bought a bit more fabric from Pili Pala as well.....

Aren't these lush? I love them both so much, the blue background of the bottom one glows in real life, they're both stunning.

Plus some more Luna and a remnant of puffins! That should keep me going for a while.

As some may have seen on FB, I did a craft fair on Saturday, having picked up a cancellation spot on the Friday morning. It was a smashing morning, lovely hall with a great vibe - I hope to be invited back at some point.

There was even a handy notice board behind me to pin up the remaining quilt! We did really well there and were finished by 12.30, even better.

There's always one troublemaker though!

What a cheeky chick and for once we're not talking about me, lol!

Hope you're doing well and enjoying your crafting, have a good week xxxxx

Sorry you’re not feeling well; I’ll text you later. Congratulations on your RNLI funding success, though.
Your cottons are so gorgeous especially the Luna. When you’re feeling better could I order a 9” square bag in it please? I’ll send a drawing. Having seen the musculoskeletal- skeletal doctor it’s clear that my knee braces will have to travel with me,😾, and that Velcro needs to be contained or it will climb out and attack unsuspecting passersby!
Hope you feel better later and have a happy WOYWW

Ooh Jan, that floral fabric is lush! I adore the watercolour one at the top but the blue is lovely too, what beautiful flowers it has , and the puffins look fun! Will be interesting to see what you make with them all.
Your mosaic makes have the Jan touch with the contrasting fabric which makes them rather special. Again such pretty fabric.
So sorry to read that you are not feeling well. Maybe you are needing a little break from things so I recommend a rest period with feet up in the shade. Enjoy the fresh air and rest.
Hugs, Neet 7 xx

I love the new dragonfly fabrics, especially the first one! I'm sorry you are not feeling well, have you thought of wearing a mask at these big events? Covid etc, even just colds are all still floating around, especially in large indoor groupings. I have to wear a mask at choir with my asthma. Hope you feel better soon! Have a great week, Lindart #17

Aw mate, sorry you’re not right, hope a couple of quiet days will do the trick. Mind, it’s the only way I can think of that actually slows you down! That new floral fabric is lovely, reminds me immediately of your watercolour flowers. Glad Saturday was a good morning, totally sure they’ll ask you back.

Hope by now you are feeling much better. Lucky your quilt got shown off in fill and not folded up on a table. That photo-bombing chick is a hoot. Hope you had a stellar day, amazed that you craft on no matter what.
Poppy relapsed so very very late!
